Meet & Greet 7:00pm - St. Mary’s Village Lodge
DAY 2-4: JULY 2-5
Sunrise and Sunset Photo Sessions
Creative Challenges
Daily breaks
We will stop for wildlife photography when possible
Day 5: JULY 6
Sunrise photo session
Workshop concludes after sunrise
*Summer days in Glacier National Park are very long. We will take breaks during the day so that we are rested for our sunrise and sunset sessions.
INCLUDES
FIELD SESSIONS with professional guiding and instruction for sunrise, sunset and other photo sessions
TRANSPORTATION - in 2025, Glacier NP announced that companies conducting Art and Photography Workshops are required to transport their clients to field sessions
TIMED ENTRY PASSES - for field sessions only

AIRPORT INFO
FCA Glacier National Park Airport is the closest airport.
TRANSPORTATION
In 2025, the permit office of Glacier NP announced that Photography and Art Workshops would be required to transport clients within the park to all field locations.
Transportation to and from airport is not included in the workshop fee. There is a shuttle service available.
FITNESS LEVEL: MODERATE
The trails we will take during the workshop are rated easy to moderate. Many hikes include elevation. You should be in general good health and capable of carrying your own equipment while we are out in the field.

AIRFARE to FCA Glacier National Park Int’l Airport
LODGING - Discounted lodging is arranged in St. Mary Lodge. We’ll provide self-booking details after registration
PARK PASS - A National Park Pass is required and can be purchased upon entry
Timed Entry Passes - required for entrance to Going to the Sun Road. If you plan to visit before or after workshop, you will need to book these timed entry passes online.
TRANSPORTATION - transportation to St Mary’s Lodge and outside of workshop field sessions
MEALS - While meals are not included in the workshop fee, we like to dine as a group to discuss the day’s events and be on hand for any questions
TRIP INSURANCE - Please read our full Cancellation and Refund Policy prior to registration
GRATUITY - You are responsible for gratuity paid to housekeeping (average of $5 per day), guides, and drivers
